1 Overview

This section describes the installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of the MS-OPAC100 type smoke meter.

MS-OPAC100 is based on the principle of back scattering of smoke particles, which can be used for on-line continuous measurement of particle pollution.

Be careful:

MS-OPAC100 uses a 15MW, 650nm semiconductor laser, laser beam and reflected light directly into the eye will cause serious damage.

MS-OPAC100 is not installed in the chimney / road, do not power up operation.

When MS-OPAC100 is running, do not enter the chimney / road.

2 scope of application

MS-OPAC100 type dust measuring instrument can be used for particle concentration real-time continuous measurement of various pollution sources, supporting the flue gas monitoring system, can also be a separate one or several connected into a dust monitoring network, a common front. The instrument can be used in the power plant, steel plant, cement plant, etc., can also be used for dust removal equipment and other powder engineering process control

5 system principle and structure

The system consists of an optical part, a circuit part, a calibrator and a wind chamber

The schematic of the system is shown in Figure 1

The optical part comprises a laser light source, a power control, a photoelectric sensor and a scattering light receiving part. The laser light source and power control to ensure the stability of the light source, the 670nm beam generated by the laser at a slight angle into the emission source, the laser beam and the effect of light scattering of smoke particles, backscattered light into the system by receiving sensor change into electrical signal processing.

The size of the measurement area is determined by the lens parameters and the sensor size
